Request account deletion
If you no longer want to use Altrixima Call Tracking Pro, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
How to submit your request
- Send an account deletion request using the contact option below.
- State clearly that you want your Altrixima Call Tracking Pro account deleted.
- Include enough information for us to identify the correct account, such as your registered mobile number or email address, organization name, and employee code where applicable.
- We may verify your identity or account authority before processing the deletion.
Data covered by your request
Depending on how the service has been used, account-associated information may include:
- Account and profile information
- Organization and employee account information
- Device enrollment information
- Business SIM and telecom binding information
- Incoming, outgoing and missed business call records
- Phone numbers, call dates, call times and call durations
- Call notes
- Call recordings and recording metadata where recording synchronization has been enabled
- Authentication and device-session information
- Other personal information associated with the account
Organization-managed accounts
Altrixima Call Tracking Pro is designed for organizations and their authorized users.
Where an employee account belongs to an organization workspace, some business records may be controlled by the organization rather than by the individual employee.
Where necessary, confirmation from an authorized organization owner or administrator may be required before organization-owned business records are deleted.
What happens after deletion
After a valid deletion request is verified and completed, applicable account-associated personal data will be deleted or anonymized.
Limited information may be retained where necessary for legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution or compliance purposes.
Information retained for these purposes will not be used for unrelated marketing or profiling.
